月給・年収

Base salary High school graduate:153,000~240,000 yen College graduates:164,000~240,000 yen University graduate: 176,000~240,000 yen Basic salary varies depending on age and experience. 研修

Training System ●Training for new employees: We provide 2 days of induction training before assigning you to a site. You will learn business manners and basic knowledge of Huis Ten Bosch. ●Management training: Management training for managers is provided for those who have been promoted to higher positions. ●Lifesaving and disaster prevention training: Participants learn lifesaving procedures, how to use an AED, and how to respond to emergencies.
